I  would just like to pose a question to all of my website users...on a scale of 1-10 how important is good communication with your realtor?
Here is another question...on a scale of 1-10 how important is it to you that your realtor answers your calls or at least responds to your calls within at least 2-3 hours after you call them? And finally, how important is it to you that your agent works for you on Saturday and/or Sunday and after 5 p.m. during the week? 

Based on the fact that I do ALL those things, it really frustrates me when Buyers or Sellers choose a realtor to work for them that specifically puts this statement on the Multiple Listing Service "All offers shall be presented and replied to during regular business hours M-F".

Please notice these things about the realtors you hire. Ask them specifically, read some of their past or current listing verbiage and then hire an agent that works for you and works around your schedule and not theirs.
